As Monitoring and Evaluation department our main aim is to enhance monitoring and evaluation practices within the institution. As the M&E Coordinator I am committed to strengthening the institutions programs, policies and activities to support evidence-based decision making and to enhance the performance of all activities and programs within the Kisumu National Polytechnic. The department will require active participation and collaboration from all departments within the institution. Teamwork will be crucial for the the success of all Mand E initiatives. Together, we can build a robust M&E system that drives our institution toward excellence

Objectives of the department

Monitor the implementation of the institution’s strategic plan
Oversee data collection on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators and provide advice to TKNP Management on improving projects/programmes performance using M and E findings while ensuring accuracy
Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, highlighting successes, key performance indicators and areas for improvement, to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align M&E activities with institutional goals and respond to emerging needs.
Establish regular feedback channels to incorporate insights from all departments into our M&E processes.
